Drew Holden began his career covering the California apartment market and remains a Partner with The Leeson Group of Southern California. While his primary focus is now the Las Vegas market, Drew splits his time between both the Las Vegas and the Orange County Marcus & Millichap office. While our team has permanent brokers and staff in both locations, Drew travels between the two markets. This allows our team to meet with Exchange Buyers out of California in person to properly educate them on the Las Vegas Market and directly pitch the most aggressive Buyers in the market place our inventory. These relationships, along with the Powerful Partnership with The Leeson Group, allows our clients in Nevada to receive the maximum exposure on their properties.
