Emmanuel Martinez joined Marcus & Millichap in 2022 in the Las Vegas office with The Holden Group. He was born and raised in Las Vegas and was exposed to the real estate industry from a very young age. This has provided him with a high level of market understanding. Emmanuel is responsible for all operations and marketing of The Holden Group, including the development of the team’s proposals, and offering memorandums. It is a priority for him to stay up to date on the latest market trends, new technologies, and changes in the industry so that he can successfully provide the highest quality tools for the long-term success of The Holden Group.
